Season Dates

• Peak Season : 20 December - 10 January
• High Season : December - February + Easter
• Shoulder Season : March - May, & September - November (except Easter)
• Low Season : June - August

Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars & are subject to change without notice.
• Accommodation rates are 'per night' for up to 4 guests.
• Additional guests incur a nightly rate for accommodation.
• 50% deposit and signed booking form is required to confirm and secure the booking.
• Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date, and is not refundable after this time.
• Minimum stay; 7 nights from Christmas to 31st January, 3 - 4 nights for public holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
• If notice of less than four weeks (from the Date In) to cancel or amend the booking is received, the deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise a $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit to cover administration expenses. If notice of less than two weeks (from the Date In) to cancel or amend the booking is received, the full amount of the invoice will be owing if unpaid, or forfeited if already paid.
• We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforseen cancellation.
